Processing Time Each piece at Meraki Craftz is handcrafted and made with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (India) Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping We ship to 29 countries worldwide. International orders generally arrive within 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging Every item is a one-of-a-kind, handmade glass piece. We pack each order with extra care — using bubble wrap, foam padding, and sturdy outer boxes — to ensure your piece arrives safely and beautifully.
Gift-Ready Orders Looking for a gift? Let us know in the order notes and we'll make sure it's packed with a little extra love.
Damaged in Transit We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at merakicraftz23@gmail.com with:
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
- A short video showing the damage (a quick walkthrough of the item and the box helps us process your claim faster)
